Terms and Conditions
By using the services of DRKARAOKE.com
you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
* Charges: (Contact me for prices.)
* 50% deposit required to book DRKARAOKE.com ($100 minimun)
* Remainder of charges are due to DRKARAOKE.com in cash or cashier's
check by client upon arrival of DRKARAOKE.com at location
* If client provides DRKARAOKE.com with erroneous directions to location,
DRKARAOKE.com is not responsible for being late or inablity to perform.
* A pro-rated refund will be given to client if failure to
perform is attributable to DRKARAOKE.com
(Example: 1/2 time completed, then 1/2 amount of agreed upon amount is to be refunded.)
* If the client wishes to extend services beyond the agreed upon ending
time, then the location agrees to pay an additional $100.00 per hour for each hour
or part thereof that services are extended.
* If the client requests such extension and subsequently decides to
terminate after ten (10) minutes into the additional hour,
the full amount shall be due for that hour.
* It is understood by all parties that the equipment shall be set up
indoors / outdoors (if outdoors during daylight hours, shelter must
be provided, i.e. tent, canopy, etc.).
* Client shall furnish at least one (1) sturdy table for songbooks and
signup sheet setup.
* It is further understood that after the equipment is set up and
operational, if services are terminated due to inclement weather
or any other reason not attributable to DRKARAOKE.com, no refund
will be given.
If the event is cancelled by client, the following fees shall apply:
* Notification less one month, but more than one week prior
to the scheduled event: Deposit amount (minimum $100.00)
* Notification less than one week, but more than 24 hours prior to
the scheduled event: $150.00
* Notification less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event:
$300.00
* If above fees are more than deposit, client agrees to pay
DRKARAOKE.com or hereby authorizes DRKARAOKE to bill client's
credit card the remainder
* Travel charges: $1 per mile (one way) if distance to performance site
is over 50 miles from Athens TN
* If DRKARAOKE.com arrives at destination, no travel charges will be refunded
* If participants become unruly, DRKARAOKE.com (at his option)
may choose to discontinue show and refund no money.
* If DRKARAOKE.com cancels gig prior to commencing, all monies paid
will be refunded
