Cruise In Guidelines: The following is a guideline that will be used to explain the rules and inform patrons about our event. Handouts will be given to participants coming in through the Main Entrance.

The MainStreet Cruise-In   

On behalf of Mainstreet Cleveland and the MainStreet Cruisers we welcome you to the City of Cleveland and our Cruise-In.  We hope that you will partake in our city’s restaurants, shops and hospitality.  Please be advised that city ordinances prohibit alcohol in the downtown area.  

Below is some additional information to help you enjoy our Cruise-In. 

·         Drive slowly and be aware of pedestrian traffic.  Burnouts are not permitted at any time.  

• Although the Cruise-In “officially” begins at 3:00 PM we begin closing the streets at  1:00 PM.  You are welcome to arrive anytime after the street closings.
• The Cruise-In entrance is located at the intersection of Church and 1^st Streets.  Please use this entrance.  It is the only place to receive your gift upon entering the event.  When departing please follow the signs and exit north on Ocoee or south on Broad.
• While we understand your need for saving a spot for a friend we ask that you do so only until 3:00 PM.  After that time the number of cars arriving requires us to make every space available for our guests.  Chairs left in parking areas after 3:00 PM will be moved onto the sidewalks to avoid damage.
• Our sponsors have made the effort to provide music to complement our monthly themes so we ask that you respect them and your neighbors and refrain from playing any music on your portable or vehicle’s sound system.
• The restrooms on the first floor of the Courthouse are open for your use.  We ask that your children not use it as a play area and that you keep the facility clean.  Access to the second floor is not permitted.  The use of Courthouse facilities is a privilege made available for your convenience.  Please do not abuse it.
• The Swap Meet is located south of Inman on Broad Street.  Free space is available on a first-come basis for auto-related items.  Other vendors should contact Sharon Marr at 423-479-1000 in advance to arrange space.
• Event T-shirts, hats and other items are available for sale in the gazebo.  Tickets for the nightly 50/50 drawing held at 7:30 PM can also be purchased at this location. 
• Tow vehicles/trailers need to be parked outside the event area. 
• Only staff golf carts and handicap carts are permitted inside the event area.  Bicycles, skateboards, skates, motorized carts, etc. are not permitted for insurance reasons.
• Owners are strongly advised to have a fully charged fire extinguisher in their vehicle.

We wish your stay with us to be a pleasant one and hope that you will return often.  If you have any suggestions or comments you wish to share with us please feel free to do so.  A staff member in the gazebo will direct you to the right person. 

If you have an emergency notify a staff member immediately to obtain help.
