OK, how do we form THE RED STATES OF AMERICA?

• The western Panhandle of Florida merges into Alabama (they deserve it anyway).

• The remainder of the Panhandle and 100 miles South of what is now Florida merges into Georgia.

• The western part of Virginia merges with West Virginia.

• The southern part of Illinois becomes South Illinois.

• You must be a 3rd generation "Red Stater" to vote or collect any unearned Government monies.

• IF you take any unearned Government money, you immediately forfeit your voting rights (and that lasts for 4 years from your last payment).

• Only those who cannot work can get unearned Government monies.
