Welcome to......................
MY MEMORIES
by Phil Lea
(born 1952)
I was a child of the 50s. I was a teenager in
the 60s. I got my first job in 1968. I became a businessman in the 70s.
I continued to be a businessman in the 80s and the 90s. Somewhere in there I got
married and divorced. Now I'm a child again, but now I'm a child of the 2000s.
The website basically ask you to: "Remember when."
A collage of TV memories from the 50s

Have Gun Will Travel reads the card of a man.
A knight without armor in a savage land.
His fast gun for hire heeds the calling wind.
A soldier of fortune is the man called Paladin.
Paladin, Paladin where do you roam?
Paladin, Paladin, far, far from home.
He travels on to wherever he must;
A chess knight of silver is his badge of trust.
There are campfire legends that the plainsmen spin
Of the man with the gun, of the man called Pa-l-l-l-l-a-din
Paladin, Paladin, where do you roam?
Paladin, Paladin, far, far, from home.
Gabby Hayes / Gabby Hays
Hazel (TV show) ("It's a Doozy!")

Hi-C (fake orange drink)
My High-chair that broke down to make a Table (Mom let Bobbie Spence have it
for her 2 sons, but Bobbie recently told mom she doesn't even remember
it????)

My 1995 Harley Davidson
Heritage Softail Classic
Only 7,000 miles, Rare original yellow & white paint, wide white-walls
My dad's Ford Ranger XLT pickup truck
4-door extended cab, 1-owner, 39,000 miles
Will trade for a nice, low-mileage Chevrolet Impala that's a
2006 or newer
(would prefer to trade, but will take $12,500 for the truck.)
I want to buy a VERY NICE 1959 to 1966 Chevrolet (Impala, Biscayne or Bel
Air)
with new 350 Crate Motor, new Automatic Trans, A/C (air conditioning), power
disc brakes, bench seat and column shift.
It must also have new or updated suspension and rear end. A "get in, turn key
and drive cross-country" car.
I will also consider a VERY NICE 1955 to 1957 2-door post Chevy with the same equipment.
I will also consider a VERY NICE 1964 to 1967 Chevelle / Malibu with same equipment.
No DARK Blue or Black exterior colors - No bucket seats - No floor shifters - No project cars - No barn finds - No 4 doors -
Car values are way down, so it must be at a fair price.
I prefer it to be within 200 miles of Cleveland TN, but might travel for a good deal.
Again, it must be a nice, ready to go car. I am not buying a job! I don't want an original, matching # 1955 Chevy.
I want a new car wrapped in a classic body.
